Overview
This How-To will show you how to import results from one survey to an exact other copy of that survey which is placed in another organization in 3 simple steps:
Step 1 – Exporting a copy of the survey
Step 2 – Exporting the results to SBJX provider
Step 3 – Importing the results to the copied survey.
Step 1 – Exporting a copy of the survey
First you need to export the survey from Org number 1 and import it to Org number 2, here is a tutorial:
https://support.dooblo.net/hc/en-us/articles/208293905-How-To-Import-a-Survey
Important Note: Surveys that have an extremely large number of variables will export the data into multiple excels (due to excel column number limits). Such interviews cannot be imported with that process and you would need to contact the support team if you need to import those interviews.
Step 2 – Exporting the results to Excel
Now you need to export the results to SBJX of the survey from Org number 1 and save the settings file:
You can save the setting file in the last page of the Export Wizard.
Step 3 – Importing the results to the copied survey.
Open the imported survey on org number 2, right click on it and choose Import Results:
Now you will be asked to give the exported results in sbjx and the Setting File you saved.
Please note that this will count for you as credit on both organizations.
That’s it!
