Overview
Dooblo Insights provides an overall online dashboard visibility on the organization’s customers, projects and surveys as well as ability to monitor specific surveys' fieldwork data (Progress Report, Quota, GPS Tracking) available on any device.
Insights' main goal is to help the organization stakeholders and users better understand the current state of their projects and be able to make decisions based on the data displayed.
To assigned users of Dooblo Insights (please read here about setting the user assignment and permissions) will have access to online reports & dashboard specifically users that do not have the studio installed and include the following dashboards:
- Organization Overview
- Customers Overview
- Projects Overview
- Projects Health
- Surveys Overview
- Progress Report
- Quotas Tracking
- Locations
- Tasks
- Tabulations
In this guide we will describe the different screens and their content.
Login
The user/pass will be setup in the studio as well as the permissions that will determine which customers/projects/surveys you are able to see.
Click on the link to enter - https://insights.dooblo.net
and in the login screen enter your credentials:
Navigation & Views Library
Except Organization Overview, each Insights section contains data from a specific survey.
In order to view the data, navigate to the desired survey in the upper pane and select the date range from which the data was collected:
The displayed report can be saved using the Views Library, by clicking the icon next to your user name:
Then, in the opened window, click on "Save to Library" and enter the report's title afterwards:
Once saved, you can enter the saved report with the exact settings initially applied.
To share with another person you can click on the share button on every view
Then select Copy Link
You can now send that link to the person/team you want to share the view with.
Please note that that person should have insights access and permissions to view the report if necessary.
Screens Description
Organization Overview
Description:
This dashboard will provide the allowed users with a general overview on the entire organization, it consists of the following information:
- Project Health - Percentage of total projects that are in Good/At Risk/ Overdue, section is based on the Project Management feature, click here to learn more, more details can also be found in section Projects Overview
- Organization Information - Details about your organization such as Credits, Storage, Active Customers & Projects and total surveys per mode.
- Operational Overview - Total CAPI/CAWI interviews and percentage of flagged interviews.
- Uploads Over Time - A graph to display the total uploads overtime for the organization.
Permissions:
Only users with Organization Administrators Permission will be able to see this dashboard
Navigations:
You can navigate from this screen to other screens as below
- Projects Health - click on one of the project Health graphs Good/At Risk/Over due.
- Active Customers - Clicking on the active customers will direct you to the Customer Overview screen (assuming you have the proper permissions).
- Active Projects - Clicking on the active projects will direct you to the Projects Overview screen (assuming you have the proper permissions).
Customers Overview
Description:
The customer dashboard will provide the allowed users with statistics on the customer chosen, you will be able to filter and choose different customers according to your permissions
- Total production/Draft/Test Surveys
- Total number of uploaded CAPI/CAWI interviews
- List of projects and details on the projects
- Name, Status, number of Production/Test/Draft/Closed surveys, Total interview uploads (CAPI/CAWI), number of surveyors that uploaded interviews.
Navigations:
You can navigate from this screen to the Projects Overview by clicking on the project name
Projects Overview
Description:
Projects dashboard will provide the allowed users with statistics on the different projects, filter option available to choose different customers and projects according to your permissions .
- Total production/Draft/Test Surveys
- Total number of uploaded CAPI/CAWI interviews
- List of Production Surveys and details on them:
- Name, Total CAPI/CAWI interviews, number of surveyors, Total Cancelled/Filtered interviews, Total attachments uploaded, % flagged interviews and Avg. net duration.
- Graphs - will be displayed automatically when choosing the row
- Quality Control Flags - Pie for Quality flags distribution statistics.
- Uploads per Device type - Stats on the uploaded interviews and how many were uploaded for each device type (Android/iOS/PC/CAWI).
Navigations:
You can navigate from this screen to the Surveys Overview by clicking on the survey name.
Project Health
Description:
This dashboard will provide the allowed users with details on how their projects are doing, percentage of projects that are in On Time/At Risk/ Overdue, section is based on the Project Management feature, click here to learn more.
Filter option available to choose between the different Health options.
The general definition is that a project will be at
- On Time Health - All projects that their current step did not reach the due date.
- At Risk Health - All projects that their current step passed the due date but is still within 5 days since then.
- Overdue Health - All projects that their current step has passed the due date and more than 5 days have passed since due date.
In the screen you can see the Customer & Project Name as well as the current project stage.
Surveys Overview
Description:
The surveys dashboard will display graphs and details on a specific survey, filter bar is available on top to choose Customer, Project, Survey, Status, Dates, Mode, Method.
Once you have a survey chosen you will be able to see statistics on the survey
- Total Interviews - Number of total interviews uploaded for the survey
- Total CAPI Interviews - Number of total CAPI interviews uploaded for the survey
- Total CAWI Interviews - Number of total CAWI interviews uploaded for the survey
- Total Interviews Terminated - Number of interviews that were terminated
- Incidence status - Calculates the Incidence status percentage, the total completed out of those completed & terminated.
Progress Report Graphs - The graphs will display statistics based on the progress report information, Click Here to learn more about the progress report, clicking on one of the graphs will redirect to the relevant tab in the Progress Report sub menu.

- Incomplete Statistics - Statistics of incomplete interviews per stop question.
- Over Quota Statistics - Statistics of Over Quota interviews per Quota name
- Interview Statistics - Statistics of the interviews how many were terminated, over quota, incomplete etc.
- Terminated Statistics - Statistics of terminated interviews per termination question.
Quota Tracking - SurveyToGo quota management and progress based on the Quota Sheets that was setup for the survey, If you have more than one tab choose to view each one .
Locations - See a map of the interviews captured with different icons for each Platform (Android/PC/iOS/CAWI)
Tabulation
Description:
The Tabulation dashboard will display graphs/tables of a specific survey. You'll be able to conduct a single variable or cross-variable tabulation, and filter the results by date, result type and surveyor.
Once creating the tabulation, you can export the charts into PDF, XLSX, HTML, DOCX, PNG and CSV.
