How To Reduce Results In Batch - PC Survey

When SurveyToGo synchronizes your survey results it sends to the server a batch of 11 (by default) results at once (due efficiency issues). In weak devices it might overflow the device internal memory and they will receive an error message. In case you encounter this issue we recommend changing the batch size to 1. In order to define the maximum number of result in a single batch send to the server please follow the next steps.

Reduce results in batch on PC Survey

Step 1: Login to your SurveyToGo studio account

To login into your SurveyToGo studio account do:

1. Enter your: User name, Password and Organization name.

    

   
   

    

Step 2: Define the maximum number of result in a single batch

To define the maximum number of result in a single batch, follow the next steps:

1. Select “Surveyors” and go to “Users”
2. Right click the user that you want define his maximum number of result in a single batch and select “Edit PC profile”

   
   

3. Select the Synchronization tab and enter the maximum number of results in a single batch and click “OK”.

Step 3: Sync your surveys

1. Go back to the home screen and click on the “Sync” button, a menu will open and click on the ‘Sync surveys’ option.
