When SurveyToGo synchronizes your survey results it sends to the server a batch of 11 (by default) results at once (due efficiency issues). In weak devices it might overflow the device internal memory and they will receive an error message. In case you encounter this issue we recommend changing the batch size to 1. In order to define the maximum number of result in a single batch send to the server please follow the next steps.

Step 1: Open the “Options” menu

Locate the global settings button on your device and click it, the SurveyToGo menu will open and click on the ‘Options’ button:
