Overview
When you purchase an interviews packaage or a subscription plan, a shopper profile is created for you in the Paddle payment system and you can use the Shopper portal to view or modify your billing details (like credit card), download your invoices, cancel a subscription etc. You can do that by accessing your account on the payment processor's shopper portal.
Logging Into The Shopper Portal

- Browse to: https://customer-portal.paddle.com/login/cpl_01j6s8em4bp48w4dsz3e8p1evw
- In the login page, fill in the email address that you used when making the subscription purchase:
- Click the Sign in and you will recieve the following

- Once logged in you will be able to see on the left side a menu to change your account billing details, access your past and existing payments, etc.
- If you specifically want to Cancel your subscription you can access the Subscription menu item and click the Cancel Button. The subscription will be cancelled/terminate on the next billing cycle.
