Não consigo abrir o arquivo Regras & Scripting Examples_2012_25_12_11_23.srv , poderia disponibilizado como outro tipo de arquivo, tipo: .doc por exemplo?

Viewing the sample survey script is done with the SurveyToGo Studio by importing it into your organization as explained here:
