How to Search within a Survey

Overview

If you want to find text inside you survey question text, scripts, scales etc. then you can use our search mechanism.

Step one: press the search button

Step two: configure the search fields

• Search by text – search a text with in the survey, you can choose which parts of the survey to search in – Questions,Chapters,Scales and Survey.
• Search by scale – you can select the scale to search for from the survey scales list.
• Search by attachments - you can select the attachment to search for from the survey attachments.

In the search results you would also see in which part of the location the search value was found.

For example in the question end script or start script.

Double clicking the location will also open the location in the designer.
