How To Display Question ShortID in the Survey Tree

Overview

In many cases you may find it useful to display the ShortID variable next to the question text in the survey tree.

In order to display the ShortID please follow these steps:

1. Open the STG studio.

2. Navigate to the tolls tab and choose 'Settings'

3. Enter the 'Designer options' menu

4. Enable the 'Tree node label' property and choose 'Show ShortID'

Please note: Only users with an organization administrators rights can set this property.
