You will know if it will take a long time for the platform to reestablish, since we have studies that are in the field and need to update the scripts and we also have projects that need to start as soon as possible.

    For the past several hours we are experiencing availability issues that are impacting login, synchronization and other services.

    We have identified the root cause of the issue and it is related to our server infrastructure.

    We are working closely with the Amazon AWS datacenter senior teams and we have all hands-on deck to restore availability ASAP.

    Our top and most import priority is to restore system availability and currently the estimation resolution time is approximately 24 hours.

    We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

    Are there any updates on this?  We have all our operations stopped by this issue.  Our QA process, Data Analysis, and scripters are stalled since yesterday and we have 3 teams on-field waiting to start projects!  Come on Dooblo, much more transparency on your side would be great.  That general announcement and the 24-hour resolution window are just not enough.  We are losing money.   A more open and empathic approach on your end would be appreciated.

    Give us more feedback (every hour, for example), please. We know about the difficulties, but we can't be without news.

  • Hello, more than 24 hours have passed and the problem continues. and as other people mention it. there are economic losses in the operation, I hope there is compensation for the losses. this needs to be restored immediately. there is no communication from the company.

  • Dooblo usually has excellent customer service so I am surprised and disappointed at what is going on.  We need UPDATES so we can plan accordingly.  It is unacceptable that the last update was basically 5 hours ago and very vague.  You are "hoping to go live in the next few hours".  What does this mean??  I am worried now that the issue is way more severe than they are letting on.

  • Dooblo, pasaron 24 horas que indicaron que la plataforma estaría lista, seguimos sin poder tener acceso a la plataforma, es urgente que den una respuesta concreta, tenemos a nuestros clientes muy molestos ya que no podemos ejecutar proyectos, de nuestra parte el argumento con nuestros clientes fue en 24 horas podremos ejecutar ya los proyectos, que noticia le doy a mis clientes que mi proveedor no se toma la seriedad de darnos un buen servicio?

  • We need some kind of information, it has been more than 2 days that the platform has been down.

    With every day that the platform is not available we are loosing money.

    Please give some kind of status of the situation.

  • We are wasting our time commenting here.  No one is supervising this platform and when you email support all they do is resend you the same update over and over.  Disappointing customer service!

  • Of course, is way more severe than they admitted. 

    All amazon's AWS services are operating normally in every region in the world as you can see in amazon's service health dashboard (https://status.aws.amazon.com/).  Now I am VERY WORRIED about our data and the service continuity.  Maybe they've been hit by some kind of ransomware or a massive data loss.  The lack of transparency at this level is a SHAME.  All the people here have a business that is losing money and reputation.

  • Is there any kind of response?
    We have been several days with the server down. With every hour that the server is down we are loosing money, clients and our own reputation. It is inacceptable that we cannot get a single response, all we get is a copied and pasted message. How will we get remunerated from all the costs the fall of the server has generated?
