Keeping the interviews that fail due to exceeding quota

We had some tablet surveys fail on quotas over the weekend. Is it possible to restore those surveys?

Hi Jason,

You have a built in mechanism in SurveyToGo that allows you to still get the results that failed due to quota definitions. 

When defining the quotas you specify that you want failed interviews due to quota limits reached to be filtered. Filtered interviews are saved and uploaded as opposed to cancelled interviews.

Please read the following and refer to the 'Action' that is associated with a quota exceeding event:

If you didn't define them to be filtered the interviews you refer to (Saturday on quota exceed) were cancelled on the device so are not available any longer.

to make sure the subsequent ones are kept change the quota definition you made to filter on quota exceeding.
