Sync Surveys Issues


The problem I am having is on synchronization a survey to devices. I have changed the mode from draft to test mode as well as assigning the survey to each user, one of the users on his device has the survey, but the other one does not have survey.



Hi Mike, 

We investigated it and found the problem.
The surveyor you added did not 'attach' itself to the survey (system wise).
According to the checks it happened due to importing the survey, and adding the surveyor to it before the import process was completed.
The import process is described in:

Please complete the import process, remove the user from the survey and re-assign him to the survey and it will fix the issue.
