Quota Management: Changing the behavior of the Min-Time in Quota when you re-enter an interview under the min time set it will log the bucket and for the rest of the life of the interview, it will always be prevented from taking its exceed action.
Survey Script: Support using ExecutionMgr function in survey init
Bug Fixes
- Fixing issues related to Single Choice question rendered as 'Highlighted Border' displaying with other questions on the same page doesn't work as expected.
