Survey Designer:
- Support highlight border rendering mode in Multi Select
- Single/Multiple Selection Questions - Support equal column width for all answers in table rendering modes
- Highlight Border Support - show table border/ don't show table border
- Support Question Prefix - support use the same class in a CSS file with a the question prefix to apply to a specific Question/s.
Bug Fixes
- Fixing issues related to making sure that if files attached were changed then always return the latest version even if the file is in cache.
- Fixing issues related to stop and continue of a subject on the first page execute data is not sent to server as it is not initialized yet [MAJOR BUG]
- Fixing issues related to RankScale without Exclusives does not work properly
- Fixing issues related to Other spec not working in multi select auto complete list
- Fixing issues related to auto complete list long not working on IE
