Studio Designer: Supporting the following New QC Flags:
- Questions that took more than X (default 5) minutes to answer
- Difference between GPS time and local clock time of more than stale timeout
- Difference between GPS date and local clock date
- Manual clock change during interview
Bug Fixes
- Fixing issues related to exception loading the options menu on the device
- Fixing issues related to application crash happening when pressing the home button while the filtered subject dialog is displayed and then returning to the subject.
- Fixing issues related to exception when saving to subject action log when submitting a subject.
