In case you are missing a document necessary for your business to conduct business with Dooblo, please email us at support@dooblo.com and we will attempt to locate the document.

Receiving a stamped copy of a certificates by mail
In case you would like one of the above documents/certificates to be sent to you over regular mail and with the Dooblo stamp, please contact support@dooblo.com to request. Please note that Dooblo uses regular post service and does NOT use a courier service for sending mails.
Receiving Original (Apostile authenticated) copy of the certificate
In case your local laws require you to receive the original certificate, Dooblo can provide an Apostile authenticated copy* of the certificate per your request and mail it to you. The Apostile authenticated copy will be recognized by your local authorities as valid. Please note Dooblo charges $100 administration fee per apostiled document/certificate as the document needs to be routed through a local notary lawyer and the government Apostile agency, both of which charge the total of the corresponding fee.
* An Apostille is a certificate issued by a designated authority in a country where the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalization of Foreign Public Documents, Apostille Convention, is in force. See a model Apostille. Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, notarials, court orders, or any other document issued by a public authority, so that they can be recognized in foreign countries that are parties to the Convention
