When creating/updating a user/surveyor it is now possible to add the email address of the user. When adding the email, by default the system will send an automated invitation email to the user with instructions on how to download the SurveyToGo Studio or the Android app:
1. Under 'Studio Users & Groups' or 'Surveyor Users & Groups' - Right click on 'Users' - Create a new User
2. Fill in the details including an email address - the 'Send invitation' option will then be available to check or un-check.
3. This will then result in an email from the system:
