In the below dates our organization will be working in a reduced support mode. Support requests will be handled normally during our support shifts by the first 2 support tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2). Tier 3, R&D and expert scripting support will not be available in those dates and the handling of those will be continued once normal support mode is re-established.
