New Features
Extended Screen: Added a capability to Controlling the font size of the extended screen presented to the customer.
Task System: Remove the "Reset Subject Task" option by default and have a setting to turn it on from the profile
Dimensions: Showing an Answer rendered as Headers (Not selectable) as bold and not showing the checkbox.
Subject Action Log: A new entry will be added when new subject answers are added to the DB after the survey is synced.
