Operations Console: Interview Status Filter

Same as QA Responsible it's possible to assign specific 'Status' for users to see and when the user will open the Operations Grid he will see only the assigned Statuses (Checking the 'Ignore Interview Status Filter For Viewing' will show the users all Statuses)

Dimensions: Support Vars - Allowing access when importing from MDD.

Archive: Archive Attachments - Add subject IDs to the ArchiveAttachments action.

REST API: Add SimpleExport() function in WEBAPI and Export.
